Bootcamp blog week 17-and back on KFSL diet we go!

It's the final countdown now.
I don't mean that awful TV show either.
I mean to Abigail's wedding.
I don't even have to look on the calendar to know this, because my volume of 'things to do' has suddenly quadrupled over night.
Under five weeks now.
So back onto the KSFL (kick start fat loss) programme I go.
Ho hum another two weeks of hell.
TWO WEEKS!
It's tough. I know this more so now because I have done it before.
It's the only way I shed the weight though so it's got to be done.
Over the past two weeks I have been to the bootcamps, worked really hard , watched my diet , only had a couple of bad days (and I mean the odd biscuit, coffee or slice of cheese here and there) yet to no avail. In two weeks I managed to loose 1LB !!!!! Slightly depressing to say the very least, so drastic action again my body is once again needed.
My body, I am sure is trying to tell me that it wants to be a nice chubby 14-16 in size, I am however persuading it to be a nice slim size 10-12. The battle is once again on, and I am ready.
My fridge is stocked, my mental attitude good, just need the twins to actually sleep more so I do not wake up every morning absolute exhausted! It's tough feeling really tired and not being able to have a coffee.
A litre bottle of water now awaits me every morning and it isn't really that appealing !
The last time I lost 10 lbs in two weeks and have managed to maintain this through careful food management (well most days).
If I could loose this again I will have reached my goal weight for Abigail's wedding which would be fantastic! and in good time too.
I am somewhat dubious.
There's so much going on and these last few pounds have been much harder to shift.
On the upside I get daily compliments about how good I am looking (no they don't all have a white stick!) and this has really boosted my self esteem and confidence.
Keep watching this space! Perhaps I should be placing bets.
